　　    Beijing will have more than 140 countries and regions 4，000 athletes，and embodies the world for disabled persons who care about and support the undertakings of physical culture and sports.

　　     "Spirit in motion" is the motto of international disabled Olympic movement. Through participation， disabled players display paralympic self-respect，self-confidence， self-improvement and self-reliance，and feel joy，friendship，dreams，success，challenge ourselves， life value pursuit of the goal. International disabled persons and inspiring Olympic movement in the family of librarians，social rights blend with each other，sharing a harmonious world.
