Warren Buffet once said: sleep, you will work until you die.

Sounds ridiculous in the first place, right? Isn’t that obvious?

And how on earth can it be possible to make money while you sleep?

If you want to have an income, you have to work, right? But no, what he said is not wrong.

That way which he described as to make money while you sleep is called investing.

Normal middle-class use their skills and time to make money. But the rich use their money to make money. They invest the money that they own now to make ROI, which means return on investment.

It’s not a hard thing to do, because there are a lot of ways to manage your personal finance.

In the past, I usually spent as much as I could earn in a month.

But when I saw this quote of Buffett, I suddenly realized: Isn’t that making all my efforts in vain? Because I have nothing left. I didn’t make anything for my future.

That’s why I started to face the truth of how I was living. And I made some bold changes and began to save money.

I wish that there is a day when I no longer need to work and can use money to make money.

We all know that the blue light that emits from our smartphones isn\'t good for our eyes, but a new study has discovered just how much damage it can cause.

Researchers say that this light is absorbed by vital molecules in our retina and triggers the production of a toxic chemical that kill cells.

This damage can lead to large blind spots in our vision that are the hallmark of macular degeneration, a disease that leads to blindness.

The team from the University of Toledo in Ohio says it is urging the public to not use phones in the dark because this can dilate pupils and lead to even more harmful blue light entering our eyes.

Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the leading cause of vision loss for those age 50 or older, according to the National Eye Institute.

2 / 13

Sufferers will experience blurred vision or even \'blind spots\' in their central vision that may grow larger as the retina dies.

According to the American Academy of Ophthalmology, 9.1 million

Americans have early AMD and 2.1 million above age 50 have late AMD, which is a stage of severe vision loss.

For this study, the team decided to focus on retinal, a form of vitamin A found in the retina that coverts light into metabolic energy.

Photoreceptor cells, use retinal to covert light into signals that are sent to the brain.

The team did find a molecule, a vitamin E derivative known as alpha tocopherol, that can stop the cells from dying.

DrKarunarathne says some of the ways we can protect ourselves include wearing sunglasses that can filter both UV and blue light, using blue light filters on our phones, and not looking at cell phones or tablets in the dark.

Lighter Drinks Avoid Heavy Head

3 / 13

It’s the season for celebrating – and many of those celebrations include imbibing alcohol. Which sometimes leaves us the next morning with uncomfortable reminders of our excesses. But does what we drink—say bourbon versus vodka—make a difference? Apparently so, according to a study in the journal Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research.
